The historical and famous Ranieri trademark and with it the entire company Ranieri was born from the ambitious and creative inspiration of Antonio Ranieri in the 1969. As a young boy, Antonio Ranieri realizes his great dream by starting a collaboration with TULLIO ABBATE, famous pilot and manufacturer of world-famous offshore motorboats. Tullio Abbate designs some boats for Ranieri that are successfully exhibited in all Boat Shows in Europe and this combination allows the company Ranieri to expand rapidly in Italy, Europe and overseas where the Ranieri range is appreciated for the quality and unmistakable style that have always been the feature par excellence of Ranieri. In 2005 a new plant was inaugurated in Isca on the Ionian Sea, it is a state-of-the-art construction site on a total area of 130,000 square meters, with a covered area of 25,000 square meters.

Countless and important have been the prestigious awards that the company has received over the years, even at international level, to mention for example the diploma Honoris Causa in commercial sciences recognized by the 'American University of Boston. The King of Spain defined, at that time, the model Ranieri Azzurra the "Queen of Europe".
